Michael Niehaus has been developing housing units in a variety of capacities since 1983. Over the last 14 years Windsor Homes has built over 100 custom homes in Springfield, Illinois. Most recently, Windsor Development Group, Inc. completed 20 single-family homes for the Housing Authority of Greene County, 77 single-family homes for the Housing Authority of Christian County, 60 single-family homes for the Montgomery County Housing Authority, 20 single-family homes for the Menard County Housing Authority and a 42-unit apartment complex for Illinois Community Action Association with Windsor Homes, Inc. as the construction company. Michael is currently working with the Morgan County Housing Authority to build 22 apartment/town homes and Nehemiah Expansion to build 20 single-family homes in Springfield. Previously, Windsor completed single-family homes for the Peoria Housing Authority, the Springfield Housing Authority, and the Springfield Urban League. Because of the understanding Michael has developed of the local real estate market, he opened Windsor Realty in 1996 to streamline the acquisition stage of the development process.
Joy Huston has over 24 years of experience in the area of Finance and Accounting. This experience includes public accounting, governmental reporting, Consolidations and Subsidiary accounting. Joy is the Project Controller for the affordable housing projects in Central Illinois.
Jason Easton is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Engineering. Jason has completed 97 single-family residential homes and a 42-unit apartment complex for various Housing Authorities in Central Illinois.
Sue Scaife was previously the Executive Officer for the Springfield Area Home Builders Association before she joined Windsor Homes in 2006.
