Development/Construction Mike Niehaus-President Michael Niehaus has been developing housing units in a variety of capacities since 1983. Most recently, Windsor Development Group, Inc. has completed 58 single family homes for the Housing Authority of Christian County, 40 single family homes for the Montgomery County Housing Authority, and 20 single family homes for the Menard County Housing Authority using Windsor Homes, Inc. as the construction company. Windsor Development Group along with Windsor Homes is currently working with the Housing Authority of Christian County to build 19 more homes and the Montgomery County Housing Authority to build 20 more homes. Michael’s staff includes a highly qualified CFO and an Administrative Assistant, both of which have worked on these projects.
Pusateri Development LLC Finance Larry Pusateri Larry Pusateri has worked in the field of affordable housing development
since 1987. He has served as housing development director of three of
Illinois’ most prominent affordable housing agencies the Statewide Housing
Coalition, the Lakefront SRO Corporation and Century Place Development
Corporation. In mid-1995 Prather Tucker Associates Inc. Design Bill Prather
Applegate Thorne-Thomsen Legal Warren Wenzloff Warren Wenzloff concentrates his real estate practice on affordable housing development and finance. He has extensive experience representing developers of, and investors in, affordable multifamily housing projects that use the syndication of historic and low income housing tax credits, rental subsidies and multi-tiered private and governmental loan, tax-exempt bond and grant programs for financing the rehabilitation and construction of such housing. He has also represented lenders providing financing for affordable housing seeking to use the low income housing tax credits.
Reznick Group, P.C. Accounting Bruce Schiff Reznic Group, P.C., is a mid-size public accounting firm in Chicago. A substantial portion of their practice is devoted to affordable housing finance and management, in particular, developments utilizing IRS Sec. 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. With experience in Sec. 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits that dates back to the programs inception in 1986, their firm has become a leading national expert in affordable housing and tax credits. They have worked extensively with a variety of HUD programs, tax-exempt bonds, historic rehabilitation tax credits, facade easements and HOPE VI funding.
