Project Description
 The Community Development Corporation (CDC) is systematically acquiring property
and building new affordable one and two-story homes in Springfield neighborhoods.
Eight of these one-story homes have been built by Windsor Homes, Inc. for the CDC.
Each home is approximately 1,200 square feet. The homes are built to be accessible and
can be easily converted to total accessibility.
