Completed Project Cost $3,461,000 Project Description The Housing Authority of Christian County formed the not-for-profit Integrated Community Services L.P. Corporation for the purpose of providing 2 and 3 bedroom homes ranging from 1200 to 1400 square ft. The first phase consisted of demolishing 30 outdated 60 year-old HUD housing units and replacing them with 25 new homes. Fifteen homes are on the site vacated by the 30 HUD units and 10 are scattered throughout the town of Pana. The financing provides for a 15-year rental period, then they can be offered for sale.
